God has dreams for our world. Guess what? He has put dreams in you that will help his dreams materialize.

God is brooding over the empty void and darkness of our world today… but the brooding will bring about the greatest spiritual revolution ever witnessed. People who have sat in (and contributed to) this present darkness will see a Great Light… the heart of God traveling in their direction at the speed of love!

To be in the right place at the right time, bringing with us the message or actions that HE intends… we desperately need God’s Holy Spirit prompting us, directing us, encouraging us and convincing us that our flexible, creative and obedient response will change this world.

We must first limber up our spiritual muscles. No more creaking ‘joints’ to disable us. New times call for new strength and stamina which Holy Spirit freely gives to those showing up to work.

Second, we must begin dreaming with God. He is the ultimate Dreamer and knows what this world needs. He will meet those needs as we share his dream and see how the dream He instilled in our DNA beautifully matches that which will accomplish his eternal plan. And when the dream is clear… our creativity automatically erupts into Kingdom activity that will pull this world back in God’s direction.

Now we come upon a critical path of those who follow the Father. After ‘flexibility’ and ‘creativity’ … we must now concentrate on ‘obedience.’ Jesus once asked this question: “Why do you call me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ and do not do what I say?” Luke 6:46 ESV Success in God’s army requires obedience!

• When Gideon was sure He had heard from God (Judges 6-8) he gulped, then set off in obedience with his 300 soldiers against 135,000 professional warriors.
• When young David caught God’s dream about Goliath’s vulnerability, he strode confidently (and obediently) toward the giant and saved his nation from the Philistines.
• When Moses’ original plan to help his people overcome Egyptian slavery failed and he fled into the wilderness, after decades his dormant dream finally caught the dream in God’s heart, and obediently agreed to lead his nation to obtain the promised land.
• Joseph caught his dream early in life, and through treachery of his own brothers, the false accusation of a shunned woman, to life in prison… his dream (and God’s) finally burst through and moved him obediently into the second highest position in the land and saved his people.

So, are you getting ready to obediently turn God’s dream in your heart loose? Satan fears the survival and resurrection of that dream. He can’t stop that dream’s fulfillment.  Just obey!!
