God knows where you belong

We can all be fooled, but don’t be misled by the outward and obvious. Real life is often camouflaged.

• Lazarus’ life was hidden in a tomb. (John 11)
• Daniel’s life was tucked away in a ‘den of death,’ surrounded by hungry lions. (Daniel 6)
• The lives of the three Hebrew children were hidden inside a ferocious blast furnace. (Daniel 3)
• Elijah’s future was temporarily tied to a dried-up brook. (I Kings 17)
• Hosea’s ministry potential was linked to the acute embarrassment of an unfaithful wife. (Hosea 1)
• Gideon starts his resume hiding from local thugs. (Judges 6)

What you see and desire may not be what God wants you to get. He may have something beyond your ability to conceive for you to have and do.

His ‘real life’ for you may not even have come up on your radar screen yet

Consider this – He knew you’d be alive right now… ask Him why!
